Cancellation policy:
Adjusted conditions due to Corona
If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the country of the host or hostess, determines in the week before the arrival date that travel is not allowed or that a negative travel advice applies to the Tuscany region, the reservation can be canceled or rebooked free of charge to another date up to a maximum of 1 year after the original arrival date.
Reservations canceled for other reasons are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Standard conditions, not Corona related
In case of cancellation it is unfortunately not possible to receive a refund. That is why it is advisable to take a good travel and cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is due. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation is due.

Cleaning and linen charge € 75 per apartment per stay. Bookings for more than 1 week and extra cleaning is requested an additional fee of € 75 will be charged.

Cleaning and Linen charge 250 euro
For an additional person there is a supplement:

| Adults from 18 yrs and older | € 140 per week |

Long Term Rent
From November until May we offer the possibility for a Long Term Rent.
Minimum and maximum 1 month rent
Price: rental costs 1.200 euro per month (based on 2 adults) + additional costs for gas and electricity (on the meter) and wood for the fireplace. Fee for the end cleaning is 100 euro. During your stay cleaning is possible on request and costs 25 euro.
Bed & bath linen, weekly change, for 15 euro per week.
The wifi is strong, so it’s a perfect opportunity to work from our beautiful Casa del Tramonto.
